1. Objective

  • This policy outlines the import and export procedures, payment terms, and compliance requirements related to winding machinery, ensuring smooth international trade operations.

2. Advance Payment Terms – Priority Policy

  • All orders will be processed only after receiving advance payment, which ensures commitment and smooth transaction flow.
  • Minimum advance amount: 100% of the total invoice value (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank Wire Transfer (TT), LC (Letter of Credit), or UPI/NEFT for domestic clients.

3. Export Policy (for Global Distribution)

  • Products exported will be certified as per international quality norms.
  • Export documentation includes:
    • Commercial Invoice
    • Packing List
    • Certificate of Origin
    • Shipping Bill
    • Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
  • Export incentives (if eligible) will be claimed under DGFT norms (MEIS, RoDTEP, etc.).

4. Compliance

  • Adherence to IEC code and local authority approvals (DGFT, GST, RBI guidelines).
  • All machinery must comply with destination country safety and technical regulations.

5. After-Sales Support

  • Technical guidance and virtual installation support available.
  • On-site service upon request, with extra charges applicable.

Export Process

1. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
  • Orders are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
  • Once confirmed, cancellation is not permitted without written agreement. In case of cancellation, advance payment is non-refundable unless agreed.
  • Any changes to specifications must be informed within 24 hours of order confirmation.
2. Delivery & Shipment
  • Standard delivery time: 4–6 weeks from the date of advance payment (or as per quotation).
  • Delivery schedule may vary based on customization or export documentation delays.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, transport strikes, or force majeure events.
  • For international shipments, all duties, taxes, and port charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Warranty
  • All machinery carries a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment against manufacturing defects only.
  • Warranty excludes:
    • Wear and tear parts
    • Damage due to mishandling or improper installation
    • Electrical supply issues or overload
4. Installation & Training
  • Basic operational manual and virtual support will be provided.
  • On-site installation/training (if required) is chargeable extra and must be agreed in advance.
5. Quality & Inspection
  • Machinery is tested and inspected before dispatch.
  • Third-party inspection (if needed) can be arranged by the buyer at their cost before shipment.
6. Liability
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the product supplied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect loss, production loss, or business interruption caused by machinery  failure or delays.
  • We will not be Responsible for damage in transportation
7. Legal Jurisdiction
  • All disputes are subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction  only.
  • The governing law shall be Indian Law for all international and domestic transactions.
